Jennifer Fredell-Saucier, CEO and Founder
of Get Up & Tie Your Shoes®”
Community also known as “GUTS”!

Many of us have faced obstacles, loss of a parent, spouse, child, trauma and abuse, depression, anxiety, bullying, health issues, and situations that changed us forever, YET we are ALL survivors and thriver’s and we SURVIVED our own circumstances and situations!

If all we do each morning is “Get Up & Tie Your Shoes®” each day, we are actively, intentionally and purposely working to chase our dreams. That may include beginning a new business venture, learning how to be a more efficient Mom or employee, working to find hobbies once the kids have moved away to college, or recently graduating and working to network and find the career and job of your dreams.

THIS is how this vision and company came to life! I’ll never forget the evening in April 2019 when this vision came to me and God has put me through many tests since then, including losing my Mother. She passed away in April 2023 after her 16-month battle with Bile Duct Cancer. I know this community of women WILL make a difference, HELP and SUPPORT each other, and have the GUTS to make your hopes, goals and dreams become a reality!

When God has orchestrated something and he has his hand on it, it is unstoppable and I have seen this so many times already just with the miracles we have experienced in the past year with ladies we have coached and helped!

Thank you for joining and I truly hope you find inspiration, encouragement and support in our community and I pray we can all help one another one day at a time!
